The School Fees Do Not Include:

1. Books and textbooks.
2. School uniform and school shoes.
3. Educational excursions; representing the school at national students’ workshops/youth science forums; admission to summer school/domestic tours; participation in special school events; and any expenses borne towards participation, including costumes, jewellery, props, etc.
4. Hobby clubs/classes.

Fee Payment Schedule and Procedure

5. 1st Quarter: April – June (Composite Fee & Transport Fee)
6. 2nd Quarter: July – September (Composite Fee & Transport Fee)
7. 3rd Quarter: October – December (Composite Fee & Transport Fee)
8. 4th Quarter: January – March (Composite Fee & Transport Fee)

Payment Guidelines

9. The quarterly fee must be submitted latest by the 10th of April, July, October, and January (first month of each quarter). Payments made after the due date will attract a late fee of ₹30/- per day. If the 10th falls on a holiday/closed day, the payment must be made by the 9th of the month.
10. In case of cheque dishonour, cheque bouncing charges of ₹700/- will be applicable. Thereafter, only DD/Online Payment through ERP/Credit/Debit Card will be accepted against the full outstanding fee along with late charges.
11. If the school fee is not paid by the 30th day (June, September, December, March) of the respective quarter, the school shall ‘Strike Off’ the child’s name from the school rolls after intimating parents through reminders and a final notice sent via Speed Post. The child may be considered for readmission only after clearance of all outstanding dues from the Accounts Department. A fresh admission procedure will be applicable.

Important Note

In case the fee has been paid but the payment is not reflected due to any technical error, parents are requested to share a screenshot of the payment confirmation or the reference number with the School Fee Department for reconciliation.

Transport Fee Policy

• Transport fee is payable on a quarterly/monthly basis and must be paid along with the Composite Fee before the due date.
• Mid-quarter withdrawal of transport service is not permitted.
• Transport fee will be charged for the entire quarter, and no refund or fee adjustment will be made.

Refund Policy

• Prospectus charges and registration charges are non-refundable.
• Composite Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Transportation fee is non-refundable.
