The Gagan Public School, Greater Noida West operates its own & appointed vendors fleet of buses for the convenience of the students and the staff members to help them commute from their places and surrounding areas to the school campus. Overloading is a strict no-no with emphasis on one pupil-one seat. The buses are equipped with GPS Tracker. We provide real time GPS tracking, Vehicle Tracking, Fleet Management, Fleet Tracking, Safety, ( Ignition on/off, live vehicle tracking, history report, play back tracking of vehicle, speed tracking)
TRANSPORT POLICY
The school provides safe and comfortable transport facility.
1. Kindly check the pick-up and drop-off points with the admin office, before availing the transport facility.
2. The buses will not go in by lanes.
3. Students are not allowed to provide different pick-up and drop- off points. They are also not allowed to change their pick-up/drop-off points temporarily for any reason.
4. If the residence address changes at any point of time, please note that the transport facility can continue only for the existing points. No new points/routes will be created.
There is no surety of providing transport at the changed address, it will completely depend upon the availability of seats in the bus or route.
Once the transport is taken it will be continued till end of the session. No transport fee is charged for the month of June (Since school remains closed for summer vacation).
6. Transport facility cannot be withdrawn in the mid of the session, if chooses to withdraw, then transport fee will not be refunded.
7. Parents are requested to be available 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the pickup/dropoff point to supervise the child. The bus will honk 3 times and will not wait any longer at the stop and parents/guardian must show the parent’s ID card at the time of pick up and drop off.
8. Parents are responsible for supervising their children to/from their designated pick-up/drop-off point until they board or alight from the vehicle. This may involve crossing roads. School personnel will not assist children to cross roads.
9. All possible efforts will be taken to see that the child is handed over to the parent/guardian while dropping back from school. In case the guardians are not available to escort the child back home during drop time, the child will be brought back to school and it will be the responsibility of the parents to collect the child on their own from the school.
10. Whereas the running time is calculated to keep it to the minimum and it will be our endeavor to stick to the schedule, delays or diversions caused due to traffic congestions/road repairs will be inevitable.
